He is/was a member of the elite 160th SOAR. Injury: Neck fusion, PTSD, Anxiety. Medically Retired 18 Feb 2018

SM is in transition from active service to medical retirement pay. He received no pay due for the month of March 2018. SM requested assistance for the month of March until VA benefits start on April 5th 2018. He has 2 children, ages 8 and 10.
